Careers

Abatement work is awarded by project. Baseline staffs each crew to the scope at hand and keeps a roster of qualified personnel between projects.

Positions

None of the following is an open posting. These are the positions Baseline hires for, listed roughly in the order they are needed.

  • Environmental Laborer

Containment, removal, and decontamination on asbestos, lead, PCB, and mold projects. The most frequently staffed position.

  • Project Supervisor

Runs the crew and the regulated area, maintains project documentation, and coordinates with the owner and other trades on site.

  • Project Manager / Estimator

Takeoffs, pricing, scheduling, and submittals. A later need as awarded volume grows.

  • Administrative Support

Compliance documentation, waste paperwork, and closeout packages. Also a later need.

Helpful to Have

  • State of Alaska Asbestos Worker/Supervisor Certification
  • HAZWOPER 40-hour certification
  • Current respirator fit test and medical clearance
  • Valid Alaska driver's license
  • Eligibility for the background check required on federal facilities

Not all of the above is required. Baseline trains qualified applicants, and certifications can be arranged for personnel who work safely and report reliably.

How to Apply

Applications are accepted two ways. Either one is enough.

Completed PDF applications are returned by email to info@baselinesiteservices.com. A resume can be attached.

Documents are not required to apply. Applications returned by email that include copies of current certifications, respirator medical clearance, and fit test results may be given priority when an emergent project needs staff quickly.

Resumes are held and reviewed when a project is awarded. A delay in response is not a rejection.
